Polaris ACE 570 to RZR 1000 Billet Wheel Adapters – 2 Inch

Run Polaris RZR 1000 wheels on your Polaris ACE 570 with Dune Gear’s 2-inch billet wheel adapters. These adapters convert the ACE 570’s 4x156mm bolt pattern with 3/8-24 studs to the RZR 1000’s 4x156mm pattern with 12mm x 1.5mm studs, giving you access to the wider selection of RZR 1000 aftermarket wheels while adding 4 inches of total stance width.

Each adapter is CNC-machined from aerospace-grade billet aluminum with pressed-in automotive-grade 12mm x 1.5 wheel studs. Manufactured in-house at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Pressed Studs vs. Bolts — Why It Matters

We press actual automotive-grade wheel studs into every adapter. Many competitors use grade 8 bolts instead — they thread them in and use thread locker, which can wear out and strip over time. Pressed studs are the correct engineering solution for a part that sits between your wheel and hub under constant load.

Fits: Polaris ACE 570 with 3/8-24 wheel studs only. Will not fit other models. Set of 4 pieces. Dealers welcome.
