Dune Gear’s YFZ 50 wheel spacers are custom-designed specifically for the 2016 and up Yamaha YFZ 50. Unlike generic flat spacers that won’t clear the drum brakes on this machine, our spacers are engineered with the correct offset to fit properly — the first time, every time.
Standard flat wheel spacers will not work on the YFZ 50 due to the drum brakes. Most sellers don’t manufacture their own parts — they buy generic spacers and resell them, which is why fitment problems are common. Dune Gear designs and machines every spacer in-house, which means we can engineer the correct geometry for each specific application.
We press actual automotive-grade wheel studs into every spacer. Many competitors use grade 8 bolts instead — it’s worth asking before you buy. Pressed studs are the correct engineering solution for a part under load between your wheel and hub, and they’re built to last the life of the machine.
