Polaris RZR 800/900 to RZR 1000 Billet Wheel Adapters – 2 Inch | 3/8-24 to 12×1.5mm

Upgrade your Polaris RZR 800 or 900 to accept RZR 1000 wheels with Dune Gear’s 2-inch billet wheel adapters. These adapters convert the older 4x156mm bolt pattern with 3/8-24 studs to the RZR 1000’s 4x156mm pattern with 12mm x 1.5mm studs, adding 4 inches of total stance width in the process.

Each adapter is CNC-machined from aerospace-grade billet aluminum with pressed-in automotive-grade 12mm x 1.5 wheel studs. Manufactured in-house at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Important Fitment Note

This product is specifically for the RZR 800 and 900 with 3/8-24 studs converting to 12mm x 1.5mm. If your RZR already has 12mm studs, you need standard wheel spacers instead — not adapters. Verify your stud size before ordering.
