Dune Gear’s DS 90 / Predator 90 wheel spacers are custom-designed specifically for these machines. Unlike generic flat spacers that won’t clear the drum brakes, our spacers are engineered with the correct offset to fit properly — the first time, every time.
Each spacer is CNC-machined from billet aluminum with pressed-in automotive-grade wheel studs. Full set of 4 covers all 4 wheels — 2 front and 2 rear. Widens stance by 4 inches total for improved stability on your youth ATV.
Why Generic Spacers Don’t Work on the DS 90 / Predator 90
Standard flat wheel spacers will not work on the DS 90 and Predator 90 due to the drum brakes. Most sellers don’t manufacture their own parts — they buy generic spacers and resell them, which is why fitment problems are common.
