Dune Gear’s RZR 200 wheel spacer set is a complete front and rear solution machined specifically for the Polaris RZR 200. The front and rear of the RZR 200 use different bolt patterns, so this set includes the correct spacer for each end — no guesswork, no wrong fitment.
The RZR 200 runs different bolt patterns front and rear, and this kit addresses both. You get two rear spacers in the 4x137mm bolt pattern and two front spacers in the 4x110mm bolt pattern, each machined to 2 inches wide. Installed, your total width gain is 4 inches — 2 inches per side at each end.
The stock RZR 200 stance is narrow by design for younger or beginner riders, but adding 2 inches of width per side significantly improves side-to-side stability on uneven terrain. It’s one of the most impactful upgrades you can make to this machine.
