Dune Gear’s Wide 5 wheel spacers are machined in-house from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum to fit the VW Wide 5 bolt pattern (5/205mm). Designed for sandrails, buggies, Baja rail builds, and any other VW-based off-road application, these spacers deliver the stance and clearance you need without compromising strength or safety.

Why Wheel Studs Matter

We press actual automotive-grade wheel studs into every spacer we build. A lot of competitors use grade 8 bolts instead — ask them directly. Pressed wheel studs are the correct engineering solution for a part that lives between your wheel and hub under load. It’s one of the reasons Dune Gear parts cost a little more and last a lot longer.

Designed specifically for the VW Wide 5 (5/205mm) bolt pattern. Verify your bolt pattern and stud size before ordering. Lug nuts are not included — sold separately. Dealers are welcome.
