Polaris RZR 800/900 to RZR 1000 Billet Wheel Adapters – 2 Inch

Upgrade your Polaris RZR 800 or 900 with the wider wheel selection available for the RZR 1000. Dune Gear’s 2-inch billet wheel adapters convert the older 3/8-24 stud pattern to the RZR 1000’s 12mm x 1.5mm pattern, letting you run the latest RZR 1000 wheels on your machine while adding 4 inches of total stance width.

Each adapter is CNC-machined from aerospace-grade billet aluminum with pressed-in automotive-grade 12mm x 1.5 wheel studs. Designed and manufactured in-house at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.

Pressed Studs vs. Bolts — Why It Matters

We press actual automotive-grade wheel studs into every adapter. Many competitors use grade 8 bolts instead — they thread them in and use thread locker, which can wear out and strip over time. Pressed studs are the correct engineering solution for a part that sits between your wheel and hub under constant load.
